FESTIVAL TIME AND LOCATION

WHEN: Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19, 2022

Both days 4pm-8pm (VIP early access at 3pm)

WHERE: Homer Stryker Field, adjacent to Mayors' Riverfront Park 

251 Mills St. (between King Highway & E. Michigan Ave.) in Kalamazoo, home to the Kalamazoo Growlers.

The festival will be located on the field at the ballpark.

AGES

The event is all ages! Children 12 and under are free to attend general admission only with a paid adult. Sampling tickets for children can be purchased on site for $2 per sample. Have a kid that loves mac and cheese? Get our "Just the Mac" ticket!

For kids looking to join in during the VIP hour, we have a special "VIP Just the Mac" ticket available.

TICKET CHECK-IN

Attendees will check in at the ticket office located at the front of the stadium. There we will check your ticket and issue your food and drink tokens along with your souvenir cup, spork and lanyard.

Each festival attendee must be present with their ID and ticket to check-in.

VIP Patrons allowed early access at 3 pm. General attendees will be allowed access at 4 pm. There is no re-entry. Outside food and drink is not allowed. Bags are subject to a bag check. 

The event will likely sell out in advance, so we cannot guarantee that there will be tickets available at the door. The only way to guarantee tickets it by buying online in advance, or you can purchase in person at the Kalamazoo Growlers box office from 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday at 251 Mills St., Kalamazoo, MI 49048.

PARKING

Parking will be available at the Homer Stryker Field. Parking for the event is $15 per car. There are also walking and biking trails that are less than a mile to downtown Kalamazoo. Carpooling is also encouraged.

The Kalamazoo River Valley Trail will lead you to downtown with a 0.8 mile trip (4 minutes by bicycle or a 16 minute walk).

Head east on Kalamazoo Ave. to Harrison St. and turn left. The trail will pick up on your right and take you to Homer Stryker Field.

TRANSPORTATION

Be safe, don't drink and drive. Below are transportation options to help get you to where you need to be.

ACTIVITIES IN THE PARK

There will be themed games, yard games, inflatables and much more. There will also be live bands playing throughout the event.

ADDITIONAL MAC AND DRINK TIX

Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the event for additional samples ($2 each).

GLUTEN OR DAIRY FREE OPTIONS?

Vendor list will be posted on the website and social media closer to the event. We know that there have been requests for gluten free and dairy free options, and if there are any vendors that can accommodate those, we will indicate that on our site as we have them confirmed.

WEATHER

This is a rain or shine event. Check the forecast before leaving for the event to plan your layers properly! If severe weather occurs, announcements will be made on the event Facebook page for necessary updates.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
Yes - Please bring your printed ticket or show it on your phone. We will be scanning tickets for entry.

ID must be present as well.

What is the refund policy?
There are NO REFUNDS. All SALES ARE FINAL.​​​
